Description なぜ、この事業をやるのか Alumnoteは、「次世代の教育に資本をまわす」をミッションに掲げる東京大学発スタートアップです。約130大学・約3,000の学生団体が参加する「Giving Campaign」を通じて、5年間で累計4.5億円の寄付を大学基金・学生活動に流通させてきました。 事業から生まれた収益の一部を、次の学生体験と機会へ再投資する。これが、Alumnoteが目指す資本循環です。これからは資金を届けるだけでなく、学生に起こしたい変化から体験そのものを設計し、事業として育てていきます。その重点領域の一つが、海外渡航です。 なぜ海外か。 私たちのパーパスは「すべての次世代に、未知を切り開く力を」です。知らない国や価値観に触れる経験は、自分が当たり前だと思っていた世界を見直し、将来の選択肢を広げる最も強いきっかけの一つです。立派な目的や完成された計画がなくても、海外に行くこと自体に価値がある。私たちはそう考えています。 一方で、海外への最初の一歩を踏み出すハードルは、依然として高いままです。 日本のパスポート保有率は約18%（2025年末時点。出典：外務省「旅券統計」） 円安や渡航費の上昇により、費用負担が大きくなっている 国の代表的な留学支援制度が送り出せる大学生は、年間数百人規模にとどまる この構造を、事業の力で変えにいきます。 どう実現するのか 航空・旅行・金融・保険・通信など、学生の海外渡航を支える企業と提携し、そこから生まれた収益を、Alumnoteの「Cross Campus基金」を通じて次の学生への渡航支援に再投資します。寄付や補助金に頼らず、事業が成長するほど、より多くの学生へ機会を届けられる循環をつくります。 学生に届けるのは、渡航費の支援だけではありません。行きたい国とやりたいことを自ら企画し、応援を集め、仲間とともに旅立つ。そんな体験そのものを設計します。パスポートや決済などの渡航準備から、安全に帰国するまでの体制までを、パートナー企業とともに構築します。 数千〜数万人の学生が旅に関心を持ち、その中から毎年、数百人規模の学生が実際に世界へ旅立つ。そんな全国規模の事業を、2026年下旬の発表に向けて準備しています。パートナー企業との協議、制度設計、発表に向けた準備は、すでに動き始めています。 事業の基本構想と時間軸は決まっています。一方で、学生体験の詳細、企業との事業モデル、安全管理、数万人への届け方には、まだ多くの未確定事項があります。その答えをつくるのが、このポジションです。 本ポジションでは、CEO室に所属し、この事業に専任する1人目の立ち上げメンバーとして、CEOとともに構想から実行までを担っていただきます。 海外へ行くことを、一部の学生だけの特別な経験から、大学生活における自然な選択肢へ変える。 このミッションに本気で挑戦するインターンを募集します。 業務内容 CEOと毎週議論しながら、職種で担当範囲を限定せず、以下の領域を横断して事業を推進していただきます。 事業開発・パートナーシップ 航空・旅行・金融・保険・通信などのパートナー企業と、学生支援と収益性を両立する事業モデルを設計し、提携を実現します。 プロダクト・学生体験・安全管理の設計 応募から渡航準備、現地での体験、帰国まで、学生が安心して参加できる導線・ルール・運営体制を構築します。 マーケティング・参加導線設計 Alumnoteが持つ大学・学生ネットワークを活用し、数千〜数万人の関心を、応募や参加へ転換する仕組みを企画・実行します。 事業推進 KPI、予算、スケジュール、リスクを管理し、仮説検証によって計画を更新しながら、期限内に事業を立ち上げます。 Requirements 0から企画やサービスを立ち上げ、運用した経験（個人開発、イベント企画、学生プロジェクトなど、規模や活動形態は不問） 海外渡航に関する強い原体験や、実現したいビジョンがあること AIを日常的に活用し、自分の生産性をレバレッジできること 答えのない課題に対して、自ら仮説を立て、検証を設計・実行できること
