We are looking for a Loan Processor/Loan Specialist to manage loan files from application to closing for our Modesto Ops. This is a borrower and lender facing coordination role (not a sales role) focused on keeping files moving, documentation complete, and communication tight across borrowers, loan officers, and wholesale lenders. This is a fully remote, full-time position (US & LatAm-based welcomed). This position is remote in Mexico Responsibilities: • Manage a pipeline of active loan files from intake through closing, tracking status, and next steps in the CRM/pipeline system • Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, property) for completeness
