Core Position Responsibilities 1.Welding Process Development & Optimization - Design welding procedures for elevator components (guide rails, support frames, structural welds), including parameter specification (current/voltage/speed), material matching (carbon steel/stainless steel), and method selection (MIG/TIG/laser welding). -

Process Development & Optimization - Develop component production process documents (Work Instructions, Inspection Standards), design jigs/fixtures, and optimize key processes (stamping, welding, CNC punching). - Lead trials for new materials/processes and complete feasibility
