Job Purpose 制定并执行合同物流业务单元的业务发展战略，重点聚焦中国客户及跨境业务机会。通过识别新业务、拓展重要中国客户群，并设计符合国际贸易要求、客户期望及公司战略的综合物流解决方案，推动盈利性增长。 Key Responsibilities 制定并实施面向中国客户及亚太—墨西哥/拉美贸易通道的合同物流商业战略。 识别、开发并获取与中国企业（OEM、制造商、进出口商）相关的新业务机会。 主导招标流程（RFP/RFQ），包括跨境物流解决方案设计、定价及结合中西文化与商业习惯的谈判。 协调跨职能团队（运营、工程、关务、财务、IT），打造具有竞争力且合规的解决方案。 建立并维护与中国客户、关键利益相关者及全球合作伙伴之间的稳固关系。 分析市场趋势（近岸外包、贸易政策、进出口物流流向），以预判业务机会。 确保实现商业目标，包括收入、利润率、销售管道及转化率。 监督新业务的顺利导入与过渡，确保符合服务标准及合规要求。 推动物流解决方案创新（跨境电商、保税仓储、关务优化及数字化可视化）。 以全球化和多元文化视角领导并发展业务拓展团队。 编制管理层报告，并监控与国际运营及服务绩效相关的关键绩效指标（KPI）。 Qualifications 具备10年以上合同物流、供应链或第三方物流（3PL）相关经验，并有国际业务或中国市场相关经验。 拥有服务中国客户或管理亚太—拉美贸易流的成功经验者优先。 至少5年业务发展、销售或运营领域的管理经验。 具备管理全球关键客户并成功交付复杂高价值项目的经验。 深入理解端到端物流解决方案，包括进出口及跨境运营。 熟悉海关流程、贸易合规及国际物流相关法规。 具备定价、财务建模及商业案例开发经验。 具备B2B商业流程（招标、谈判）经验，能够与多元文化利益相关者有效合作。 熟悉WMS、TMS及物流相关技术。 熟练掌握普通话者优先。 英语、西班牙语及中文流利。 具备战略领导能力，拥有全球化及跨文化视角。 在多元文化环境中具备高水平的谈判与影响力。 结果导向，具备强烈的客户意识。 优秀的分析能力及问题解决能力。 良好的跨区域沟通及利益相关方管理能力。 具备全球团队协作及跨职能领导能力。 能够适应快速变化的国际市场环境。 #J-18808-Ljbffr...
