岗位职责： 一、财务核算与合规管理 - 负责组织公司日常账务处理、月末结账、总账和明细账审核； - 遵循总部财务内控制度，规范现地财务操作流程，提升风险防控能力； - 配合内外部审计、银行、税务及集团财务中心的对接工作。 二、成本控制与制造财务管理 - 主导工厂目标成本体系的建立、更新与维护，确保成本数据真实反映生产实际； - 跟踪材料、人工、制造费用、设备折旧等各项成本要素的动态变化，进行差异分析与预警； - 分析单位产品成本、产能利用率、损耗、返工、报废等指标，为生产管理与工艺优化提供数据支持； - 月度成本结账及差异解释，编制制造成本分析报告，支持精益制造和降本增效项目的推进； - 指导成本核算流程，提升数据自动化与系统对接能力（如ERP/WMS/MES）。 三、业务财务支持与经营分析 - 参与年度预算和滚动预测编制，按业务维度（产品/客户/工序/车间）跟踪预算执行情况； - 跟踪关键KPI（成本率、毛利率等）表现，及时发现偏差并推动业务部门改进； - 构建和优化财务分析模型与工具，提升数据可视化及洞察能力（如Excel PowerQuery、Power BI等）。 四、团队管理与跨部门协作 - 指导下属工作，组织定期培训与能力提升； - 协调总部财务、IT、审计及业务部门间的沟通，确保财务工作的顺畅实施； - 建立跨部门业务-财务对接机制，推动财务职能深度参与运营和决策。 任职资格：
