This position serves as the central point of coordination between our internal team, software providers, technical support teams, developers, and outside vendors. You will help track technology issues, coordinate follow-ups, document processes, and ensure that the firm’s systems continue to support efficient daily operations. This is not a software development or advanced technical support position. It is an operations-focused coordination role for someone who understands technology, communicates clearly, follows through consistently, and enjoys bringing structure to complex projects. The right person will be comfortable working with attorneys, administrative professionals, software vendors, developers, and technical support teams in a fully remote professional environment. What You Will Do As our Remote IT and Office Operations Coordinator, you will help manage technology-related requests and operational projects from identification through resolution. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is naturally organized, detail-oriented, and persistent about follow-up. You do not allow requests, vendor communications, or unresolved issues to disappear into an inbox.
