This role oversees the design and execution of HR strategies, ensures legal compliance, and fosters a high -performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (required). Master’s degree or HR certification (plus). Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HR leadership Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in dynamic environments Advanced English (B2+ or higher) Data -driven mindset with experience in HR analytics Digital HR mindset (experience with HRIS, automation, or people analytics tools) Job Responsibilities Human Resource planning is a continuous, data -driven process to make sure that the organization has the right people in the right place at the right time to achieve its strategic goals.
